A BRIEF INTRO
Heidi Abrahamson’s designs are deeply-rooted in mid-20th century architecture and design. In high school, she began collecting silver works by artist such as Georg Jenson, Andreas Mikkelson, and Ed Levin, among others. Abrahamson studied fine art and interior design at Indiana University and began working in visual merchandising for I. Magnin, Burberry, and the Bon Marché. Initially known for her bead work, later in her career, the primarily self-taught Abrahamson began experimenting with silver, 14kt, and 18kt gold.
